Cancellation Policy

I understand that we have things that come up last minute, and we may have to reschedule your appointment. I can be flexible, I just ask that you please make sure you cancel at least 24-48 hours in advance. There is no charge if that happens. I have a policy in place so that it gives me time to fill my schedule with those on the waiting list.

Your appointments are confirmed in advanced, because I know how easy it is to forget things we planned months ago. These fees will apply if you:

* Cancel less than 24hrs; A fee of 50% of your booked service.

*SAME DAY & NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A 100% FEE OF YOUR BOOKED SERVICE

Late Policy: If you know that you will be running late, I ask that you do call ahead of time. Please be aware that if you are running 15 minutes late to you appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and my same day cancellation policy will go into effect. Which means 100% will be charged before you can book your next appointment. If it happens more than once, then you will be not be able to book another appointment with me.
